NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2015 /PR Newswire/ — Mutual of America Life Insurance Company, which specializes in providing retirement products and related services to organizations and their employees, as well as to individuals, announced the following appointments for senior executive vice presidents William S. Conway, William Rose and James J. Roth:

Mr. Conway has been named Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mutual of America Holding Company LLC. He joined the Company in 1982 and has held a variety of executive positions over the years, including Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2011.

Mr. Rose has been named Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mutual of America Securities LLC. He has been with the Company for 37 years and has held a variety of executive positions in Sales and Marketing. In 2013, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

Mr. Roth has been appointed to the Board and elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mutual of America Investment Corporation and Mutual of America Institutional Funds. He joined the Company in 2006 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel and was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2013.

All three will continue to report to Thomas J. Moran, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mutual of America Life Insurance Company.
